Since a few people have asked, we’re about a month out from finishing Battle Lines. The pages I’m linking below haven’t been colored and mostly haven’t been shaded either, but they’ll give you some idea of what the book will look like.

Chapter One focuses on the fall of Ft. Sumter.

Chapter Two is a montage of episodes on the road to the war.

Chapter Four explores the fate of a contraband slave.

Chapter Five looks at medical practices and the Battle of Antietam.
